Inaugurated in April 2012, the first Museum of the Liturgy of Latin America is an important landmark for the preservation of the physical and immaterial history.
A former desire of the Tiradian community and historians, it was awarded in 2009 by BNDES, which sponsored the creation of an adequate and safe place for the storage and exhibition of the rich collection.
The project involved, in addition to the renovation and restoration of the historical mansion of the XVIII century, the recovery of more than 420 pieces of sacred art, belonging to the Parish of St. Anthony.
